First Snowfall for the season at Hakuba, Japan

So record early start in the USA, and following the earliest recorded snowfall on Mt Fuji back in August, comes the first snowfall of the season at Hakuba. Could this be one epic winter?
The first snowfall in Hakuba in the Japanese Alps, home to the resorts Happo, and Hakuba 47 & Goyru arrived on 8th October.
