Bonkers London-born rapper will be playing one night only at Switzerland's hottest snowboard hang-out - Riders Palace in LAAX, Switzerland
Dizzee Rascal is helping kick off the LAAX ski season in style this December. The London-born rapper will be playing one night only at Switzerland’s hottest snowboard hang-out - Riders Palace in LAAX, Switzerland. The 1000-person venue offers ticketholders an intimate concert experience with Dizzee Rascal set to own the place with an eclectic mix of garage and hip-hop beats from 10pm to the early hours of the morning.
Riders Palace combines a hotel, bar and club venue at the base station of LAAX, Switzerland. The lobby bar is open 21 hours a day (7.00am to 4.00am) but down on the lower level, in the club, is where the party really takes off. Vorab Glacier, LAAX’s highest slope, opens for the season this Saturday, 24 October, with snow making an early appearance at the resort, this season looks set to be one to remember.
More than your average concert location, ticketholders would be foolish not to make a weekend of it and spend a couple of days trying out the slopes. Guests staying at Riders Palace go straight from bed to board within minutes, with 220km of slopes, and a ski area the size of Liechtenstein, LAAX is one of the Alps largest and most snow-sure ski areas with a big vertical drop.
After a day cutting up the back trails or half-pipe, visitors can spend the night jumping to the sound of world-class act Dizzee Rascal. Plus there is always the chance of bumping into the man himself on the slopes…
For more information on LAAX and bookings, please visit www.laax.com and www.riderspalace.com, or call: +41 (0) 927 97 00. All guests of Riders Palace must be over the age of 18. Tickets are going on sale on Thursday, 22nd October.
