As the cable car will be in forest zone, we will decrease the dependence from weather conditions and using of RPD system will allow transportation also in windy days. We will definitely eliminate waiting rows on cable cars by this”, Bohus Hlavaty said, TMR chief of Board of directors.
The resort will is also spending an additonal 1.2million euros extending its snowmaking facilities by cover a further 2.4km of runs, which will now account for almost half of the runs.
"We want to strengthen its position as a comprehensive resort for all categories of slopes. Other artificial snowed slope will increase the proportion of blue light routes in the resort - with this slope it will be almost 7.5 km of blue slopes with artificial snow," added Bohuš Hlavatý.
