Brit’s take an early lead in medal table.

Before the games even start the GB team is awarded Gold, in the extreme sport of Men’s curling. The International Olympic Committee belatedly has given Gold to the 1924 men’s curling team. The all Scottish team, wearing lots of tweed, beat the Swede’s and French to win Gold, but we’re never awarded the medals as the sport was just a demonstration sport.
