The Village Eight Express opened providing guests with some great early season skiing on Front Valley.
Tomorrow the Village 8 Express Chair and a skier conveyor on Front Valley will provide a great range of beginner and intermediate terrain, whilst Perisher’s Snowsports School will offer lessons. Those looking for some early park action can hit the Playstation Slopestyle Terrain Park filled with a range of rails, boxes and small jumps.
There is more snow and cold temperatures in the forecast next week, making it ideal for the snowmaking team to continue making snow as Perisher builds up to the June Long Weekend when there will be plenty of activities for the whole family to enjoy at Perisher. Events include the Playstation Rail Jam, massive fireworks displays, Night Skiing and Peak Music Festival.
We can’t wait to welcome you into 2017 snow season.
Winter Olympian, Aimee Fuller, will be hitting the slopes at Chill Factore, home to the UK’s longest indoor real snow slope, on Thursday 22nd June to celebrate the official reopening of freestyle Ramp Nights following a fresh snow fall.
