Tucked in the Canadian Rocky Mountains, Fernie Alpine Resort has a huge variety of terrain! BC Field Reporter Chris Wheeler checks out some of the recently gladed tree-skiing! This place has awesome terrain and a cool village! So come hit the ridges and powder filled bowls or cruise with your family down the gentle groomed slopes. Excellent open bowl freeriding on crowd free slopes and a mountain with a good annual snow record. Good for beginners and ideal for natural freestlye riding.
MONEY WISE: Moderately priced resort but damn good value.
