Situated at the foot of the Dachstein and Bischofsmutze mountains Filzmoos is very much a family orientated resort set in an Austrian village and bustles with old school charm.
You are never far from hearing the ringing of bells as Horse drawn sleighs travel through the picturesque streets. Filzmoos also hosts the International Hot Air Balloon week which is worth a visit if you are there at the right time.
