Flying

Fly to Tokyo

By bus/coach

From Nagano you need to take a Hakuba bus from the East Exit of the station, which will deliver you to the centre of Hakuba town.

By train

The easiest way to get to Hakuba is by the Shinkansen Bullet Train. If you have landed in Narita airport take the Narita Express to Tokyo Station, which takes about an hour From Tokyo Station take the Nagano Bullet Train (Asama Shinkansen) to Nagano, a speedy 1.5 hour long journey.

Hakuba's most dramatic destination; bigger, steeper and more varied then your average Japanese resort. No park at present but management are currently discussing future plans to build one, watch this space.
