Flying
Aeroflot Airlines, Siberia (S7), and Transaero Airlines can be used to get in to the region. You should fly to Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky. A return flight from Moscow costs $500-$700 with taxes and takes 9 hours. Sometimes local airlines have promo prices during winter, and Siberia (S7) is especially nice to boarders, offering discounts and not charging for overweight.
By bus/coach
There are several buses a day from the city to Moroznaya station. The ticket is 100 R ($3)
By car
The territory of Kamchatka is full of military bases with restricted access, so it's better not to drive around.

Moroznaya
The only local station equipped with several lifts. Most of the riders come to Kamchatka to try heliboarding, but if you are not like others perhaps you would like to ride at the regular station.
