World Snowboard Guide 11th edition

Baqueira Beret, Spain

Introduction

Baqueria Beret is Spain's biggest and possibly most glamorous resort, but don't let that put you off because when the snow is good (which it usually is) this purpose built haunt is not too bad to ride. This hasn't been missed by the International Snowboard Federation, who have held both slalom and halfpipe events here on numerous occasions, which is an indication that the place has something to offer. The terrain is spread out over four connecting areas, all of which are easy to reach and will largely appeal to intermediate piste loving carvers.

New for season
