Fly to Zurich, 3 1/2 hours away by train. If you've got your own plane then why not try the Samedan Airport about 30mins away.
By bus/coach
Ski Buses run from St.Mortiz every 30 minutes until about 5pm
By train
Trains run from Chur direct to the area. You can upgrade and take the glass roof'd carriage to fully appreciate the journey. Make sure you get off at the Bernina-Diavolezza or Bernina-lagalb station
