On its own, Bettmeralp offers a mere 20 miles of basic carving terrain, but by linking with the Aletsch area, you suddenly have a more respectable 60 plus miles of okay freeride terrain in an area that also has a number half-pipes and a couple of fun parks for big air possibilities. Generally, the slopes here will suit beginners and mid way merchants as well as giving advanced riders something to look forward too.
