From Reno take Interstate 80-West to Truckee (45 miles) then State Route 89-South exit (10miles), then right onto Alpine Meadows Road (3 miles). Drive time is about 1 1/2 hours.

Fly to Reno International (45km), transfer time to resort 1 1/2 hours.

By bus/coach

A bus from Reno takes around 1 hour. A Grey Hound bus from San Francisco takes 5 hours via Tahoe City, 6 miles away. Free Ski shuttle buses run from most Tahoe towns (tel 530.581.8341.)
