Delivery
• Orders are usually despatched within 24hours during weekdays, but do allow longer.
• All UK orders are despatched by 1st class royal mail
• UK book orders are delivered using Amazon Fulfilment
• All other UK & overseas orders are handled by ourselves
• All overseas orders are despatched by parcelforce

Payment
• Payments are handled by RBS Worldpay
• We do not store any card numbers on our system
• You can also use our Ebay shop and pay via PayPal

Returns
• You can return any order within 7-days of receiving it
• Unless defective, returns must be in perfect condition
• All refunds will be made to to the original payment method
