Up to 20 Inches falls in the Last 7 Days at Aspen
With 2 weeks to go before the scheduled opening, the Aspen resorts have received the biggest dump so far, and suddenly things are looking nice and winterery
In the last seven days, multiple storms have swept across Colorado dumping up to 20 inches of new snow on Aspen Snowmass. Seven-day snow totals have accumulated to 20 inches on Aspen Mountain, 19 inches on Aspen Highlands, 18 inches on Snowmass and 11 inches on Buttermilk.
In the last 48 hours, Aspen Highlands received 10 inches of new snow, followed by Aspen Mountain with nine inches, Buttermilk with six inches and Snowmass with four inches.
The resort is scheduled to open on November 22nd
