La Folie Douce Hotel, Chamonix
The Folie Doucemountain bar opens its first hotel this winter, and if you love their slope-side parties this is probably the perfect place to see in the New Year! The hotel will have an After Mountain Party Bar, another watering hole called Bar Janssen and a spa to help you recuperate the morning after. Le Hameau du Borsat Apartments, Tignes
If you’re after a cheap way to join Tignes’ infamous Pop Rock party this New Year’s Eve, these simple ski apartments offer terrific value for money. Off the main piste and overlooking Val Claret, they’re a short walk from the restaurants and bars. Hotel La Vieille Ferme, Serre Chevalier
Hotel La Vieille Ferme is a historic hotel on a narrow country lane just above Villeneuve. It’s great for a New Year’s stay if you’re less about wild parties, more about wonderful riding.
