Driving directions

From Sydney, head south to Jindabyne and then take the Kosciuszko road to reach Perisher Blue (about 6hrs). Jindabyne to Perisher is 20 miles (33km).

Flying

Snowy Mountain Airport (Cooma) 1hr from sydney, and 1hr from resort. Fly to Sydney airport with a 6 hour transfer time. There's a connecting bus route from Cooma to Jindabyne by CountryLink.

By bus/coach

SnoBus Snowscene Express from Brisbane/Gold Coast Tel. 07 3392 1722. Valley Bus and Coach Services operate from Sydney and Canberra Tel. 02 6297 6300. Rail operators CountryLink run a daily coach service from Canberra to Jindabybe, which takes 2 1/2hrs, tel: 13 22 32 or www.countrylink.info for details.

By train

The nearest train station is at Canberra, about 2 1/2hrs away. A funnicular, the Skitube runs from just outside Jindabyne to the resort. Head to Bullocks Flat which is 20kms or around 15 minutes drive from Jindabyne via the Alpine Way
