Helicopters take off from Elizovo, a village in 30 km from the local city Petropavlovsk-Kamchatky. The only local company, which owns helicopters and provides it to tourists is Krechet Ltd ( http://krechet.farhost.ru/ - in English). The helicopters are paid on flight time basis. The price per flight hour is $500 - $1700 depending on the type of helicopter. Maximum capacity (with equipment) is usually 12-20 persons, so if you're in a group it can be relatively cheap. You can choose any volcanoe.
