Travel by FlyingFlying

The closest airport is Domodedovo, which is about a half-hour drive. But you won't fly to Moscow, just because of this slope.

Travel by trainBy train

Take metro Nagornaya (grey line, south Moscow). From the metro walk along Elektorolitny lane towards the center and take the first left. It's about a 5-minute walk. Beware of the underground pass in the late evenings, as it has a bad reputation (nothing bad, just a few broken noses).

Travel by carBy car

Drive towards Nagornaya metro. A taxi ride from the center shouldn't be more than 300 R ($10).
