Despite its proximity to Mont Blanc and the ever popular Chamonix, St Gervais is not a very well known resort, probably due to the fact that no major tour operators go there. St Gervais itself is fairly small, but the lift pass (Evasion Mont-Blanc) covers six ski areas comprising over 450km of slopes, as well as some easily-accessible off-piste areas.
It is also one of the areas covered on the Ski Pass Mont Blanc, which allows access to all 12 areas in the Mont Blanc region.
