The 'Netto' of ski resorts

Dunno how much use this'll be to WSG readers, you should only really go to Romania if its your first time on snow because it doesn't compare to anywhere else you'll ever go. At £150 a week HB you dont expect too much, do you? The slopes are a bit limited, and I found more ice than snow, communist era lifts work fine though. Beer is good at 80p a bottle (until you see the bottling plant on the way to the airport!) food is just crazy (deep fried cheese for breakfast!!) , all in all...3/10 is about fair.
