Apart from the regular 'sports' shops, Champery has a couple of shops that may be worth checking out: Spootnik Bootik, a pure, snowboard fashion shop, and Boutique Boomerang, offering teenage snowboard fashion.
The train which goes up to Champery, every hour, stops at Val-d'Illiez on the way. It's only a few minutes between the two villages by train or by car.
