Eating

New to Tamworth this year the mighty Starbucks has got every type of caffine fix, cake and sandwich you could ever wish for.  Otherwise its a case of typical British bar stodge from one of the equally uninspired bars.  Eat before you go is probably the best option.

Nightlife

There's a handful of alpine themed bars that over look the slope.  Slightly brown and grubby and not exactly inspiring but they offer a good pint to quench your thirst after a night on the snow.

Accomodation

Being situted on a big motorway there are a fine selection of Travel Lodges / Premier Inn's with family rooms to pack all your smelly mates into after a late night freestyle session if you don't feel like driving home.

Facilities

Snowboard Schools: Group, indiviual, adult and junior lessons all available throughout the year - including the ambitious 'learn to board in a day' package. Tamworth also offer 'beginner ramp nights' to ease boarders into the wonderful world of indoor freestyling.
Snowboard Hire: Equiptment hire is free with lessons / slope pass.
Night Riding: :  Friday and Saturday night ramp sessions continue on till 1.30 am.
