2014 Winter Olympics Halfpipe
The halfpipe competition is always a crowd favourite wherever it is held, but catching the olympic version should be high on any snowboarder viewing agenda!
The mens event comes first and the big question for Sochi is whether Shaun White be able to get Gold again or will a newcomer be able to knock him off his perch!
After that is is upto the ladies where the defending champion Torah Bright will be hoping to reclaim gold. She won't have it easy with Kelly Clark and Jamie Anderson hot on her heals. Ariele Gold a 17-year-old snowboarder is also one to watch out for in the women's halfpipe and despite being among the youngest members of a star-studded American team, she has emerged as one of the favourites after a meteoric rise over the past 18 months.
