Now in it’s 18th year, Snowbombing has redefined winter sports holidays and shown what the ultimate alpine music festival looks and sounds like. A world-class line-up in one of Europe's finest ski resorts, complete with luxurious spas, igoo raves, roof top hot tubs, forest parties and much, much more.

A place 8,497 FT above ordinary where black runs, blue runs and beer runs all merge into one big fun run. Snowbombing boasts 650M of unadulterated piste, Europe's steepest slope (you know how to ski down a 78° incline, right?), the infamous Hinterlux Glacier, the boarders' playpen, Penken Park, and a world-class music line-up, bringing the world’s greatest live acts and DJs to the most unique festival setting imaginable.

RIDE & SEEK
It’s a board park pro-comp… But not as you know it!Three days of true grit and falsemoustaches all washed down with copious amounts of schnapps and dancing in the sun at the Snow Park Terrace to a killer sound system. Many of Europe's best boarders, riders and drinkers descend on Snowbombing’s famous snowpark for an almighty alpine battle. It’s the world’s funniest snowboard competition complete with the legendary watersplash. Compete and you could walk away with a wapping 2000euros.

HARAKIRI
For those who are looking for an Alpine 'amyl rush', there's the Harakiri… Austria's steepest slope adventure with gradients of up to 78%! Unlike other extremely steep runs in the world, such as the famous Wall in Avoriaz or the Corbetts Couloir in Jackson Hole, the Harakiri is the only prepared run, meaning you can expect a mogul-free ride all season, thanks to piste bashers and artificial snow machines. Some skiers simply turn around when they hit the top. Others proudly pose by the skull and crossbones sign to prove they've been there, before nervously traversing across the slope to take a different route down! If you fall, you're going down. In fact, so common is the sight of giant bum slides, and freefalling bodies, that a favouritemountain pastime of Snowbombers is to sit at Hilde's pizzeria with a beer, and watch the constant carnage on the opposite 'slope of death'... Can you hack it?

HINTERTUX GLACIER
Each April, a day out on the glacier comes with a bronzed tan guarantee! 90-230kmof perfectly groomed ski runs for all levels and abilities: skiing, carving, snowboarding, backcountry skiing. Don't miss the ultimate Glacier Ski Trail boasting the region's longest top-to-bottom ski run 12km long, 1750m difference in altitude!

THE PENKENBAHN
The Penkenbahn is the throbbing main artery of Mayrhofen, speedily transporting countless skiers up to the top of the Mountain every day and providing superb panoramic views of the Zillertal valley. With The Mountain Stage at the top and Hans the Butcher's grotto at the bottom, what more could you ask for from a ski lift? THE AHORN AND ARCTIC DISCO
Snowbombing’s very own 5.5km run from the Ahorn ski area is the longest artificially snow-covered valley downhill run in the Zillertal. This imposing peak in the Austrian alps can be reached on the 160 person cable car (the largest in Austria), which whisks you to the sunny 2000 metre plateau, before you can say 'acute vertigo'! At the top you'll find beginner seducing blue slopes and the coolest damn bar anywhere in the hills - The Arctic Disco and its free entry daytime sessions with world-class DJs performing every day.
