Hinterglemm gets new gondola for 2010/11

The t-bar that services the terrain park in Hinterglemm village is being replaced by a Gondola, and the whole park area to be expanded and re-organised

For the 2010/11 season the T-bar lift that servics the terrain park Hinterglemm is being replaced by a modern 8 person gondola, the U(nterschwarzach)- Bahn, with heated seats and the capacity to transport 2.800 people per hour with the total length of the lift being doubled. The top station will now be situated above the ‘Gerstreit’ reservoir.

As well as the lift construction, the flood lit piste and Nightpark will also be expanded and enhanced.
