Also installed mains electricity, new pump shed and resivour with capacity for snowmaking expansion in the future. 06: Magic carpet to replace the beginners’ tow. The Boulevard gully widened, Mike’s Meander developed into a new trail, and top chair extended to give access to Back Bowl 05: new chairlift

• Driving: Lake Ohau Lodge and Ohau Snow Fields is 320km, 4 hours, south of Christchurch and 275km, 3 hours, north of Dunedin. Turn off the main highway 8 between Twizel and Omarama. The Lake Ohau Lodge, situated at the mountain base, is 42km, 30 minutes from Twizel and Omarama. The Snow Field is only 9.6km, 15 minutes, from Lake Ohau Lodge, via a good metal access road. The physical address is 2295 Lake Ohau Road (for people using GPS navigation, you cannot post to this address)
