CONFESSIONS OF THE SKI OBSESSED: CRYSTAL SKI HOLIDAYS LAUNCHES NEW CAMPAIGN
Crystal Ski Holidays is launching a new tongue-in-cheek video as a nod to the skiers and snowboarders who can’t stop thinking about the mountain. The short film, which will be hosted on YouTube, will go live on the 8th February – just ahead of the peak half term period. It will be promoted across social media channels including Facebook and Instagram starting with teaser content from today and will also be played in Crystal retail pods. The content will also be embedded in customer emails. A series of ‘behind the scenes’ interviews to get to know the characters in the film will be seeded out as mini videos to support the lead content.
The activity is an extension of the brand’s marketing campaign for this year, which celebrates customers’ favourite moments of a ski holiday both on and off the slopes.
The ski firm worked with the production company Explore Impossible to bring the campaign to life.
Crystal Ski Holidays’ new Head of Marketing Lucy Black, who joined the firm at the start of the year, commented: “Skiers and snowboarders are a really passionate bunch and this new campaign perfectly captures the excitement and the build-up. It’s aimed at those who already love a winter holiday, but we think it’ll also appeal to those who may want to consider taking one or trying skiing for the first time.”
