Growing up in England meant skiing on the local dry slopes and the occasional family trip to the Alps. She switched to snowboarding when she was 14 and now enjoys spending days both sliding forwards and sideways. 

 

Living and working in Whistler makes it hard to justify riding elsewhere but Harriet has been enjoying getting out to some of the smaller resorts and learning they often have to offer just as much as Whistler does.
