For Iouri Podladtchikov, who didn’t compete in Aspen this January due to an injury, this silver medal confirms that he can throw the biggest tricks and can step up when under pressure. The Moscow native incidentally said that this was his “best day of snowboarding this year”. His Swiss Olympic team-mate completes the podium.
