Shextreme Film Festival Comes to Bristol!
Shextreme Film Festival is the world's first film festival for women in extreme sports and adventure, coming to Bristol on Fridy 21st of October.
Born out of a frustration of attending many adventure film festivals and realising often only 5% of the film line up featured women despite the audience being 50% men and 50% women, Dr. Ruth Farrar decided to be the change she wanted to see so she created Shextreme Film Festival to support and celebrate women in extreme sports and adventure.
