Where to snowboard in Spain
In Spain there are some specific areas to enjoy the snow. In the north area we find the Pyrenees, a perfect place to enjoy the whole year of the mountain and especially in winter. With ski resorts as renowned Cerler, recognized as the best ski resort in Spain, and other places as Baqueira Beret, with more than 156 kilometres to enjoy the best snow falls between November and March. There, you can also enjoy the most authentic gastronomy in all of them, because in all the ski resorts you’ll find excellent restaurants, some of them renowned and signed by prestigious cookers of the country.
In addition to Cerler or Baqueira Beret, there are more than recommended stations such as Panticosa, where we also find a great spa in the middle of nature, completely renovated and adapted. The Boi Valley in the centre of the Lleida zone Pyrenees is also highly recommendable. And is that in the area of the Pyrenees can find clues that have nothing to envy to areas like the Alps and very affordable.
Andorra, the little country of the Pyrenees
In the middle of the Pyrenees, between France and Spain, we also find the small country of Andorra, which although small, offers us interesting ski deals. For example, the Grandvalira ski pass is a great option if you are looking for a place in the middle of the Pyrenees with plenty of tracks and activities. From the most basic levels to the most advanced, for children and for those seeking the most extreme sport, you can find everything you need.

Grandvalira, is the hugest ski resort of south Europe and it is also a station that is concerned with offering the best to its customers, so you can find from the typical food of the area to self service restaurants, for which they focus on snow. And if you want to maximize your trip, do not forget to visit the thermal baths of Caldea, a spa in the middle of the mountains that will almost make you forget the snow.
