Revelstoke is set to open as an alpine resort ready for the 2008/9 season. The opening phase will consist of a gondola leading to a chairlift, but within a couple of years the masterplan should bring over 20 lifts and 100 runs and will have North America's highest continual vertical.

This area is a renowned CAT and Hel-boarding area, and gets on average 12-18m of snow, so its one to keep a good eye on.
