La Grave is secretly stashed away in the Oisans. When the snow falls, this mountain has 7,100 vertical feet of drops, couloirs, cliffs, gullies, chutes, steeps, trees and crevices.
This mountain isn't child's play so never ride alone. This is basically only home to die-hard extremists, with a few snowboarders who can hold their own. Still, the lack of skiing tourists simply quarantees no 'battle of the freshies' with untracked powder for days.
