We're talking about The Forest, a freestyle area where you can live a unique experience and test your creativity and your riding style on 100% natural wooden features covered by snow. The concept, imported form Californian resorts, winks at an innovative model that includes the mixing of freestyle and freeriding discipline within an area designed in a way to have a practically null environmental impact. The features are built of wood and snow, while the maintenance is done entirely by hand.

 

 

The Forest is situated in the heart of nature but at the same time a few steps from the ski slopes and  from the middle station of the gondola Carosello 3000 in San Rocco area (N° 11), so that safety is guaranteed. Once you find the secret passage that gives access to the area, you will enter the forest of larch trees where the snowboarding  features will  appear one after another.

 

The Forest offers the utmost experience during snow days when the trees help the visibility and the snow-covered landings make your tricks soft and full of splashes. As in all freestyle areas, within The Forest the use of helmets is mandatory.  Ah … another warning: The Forest is guarded by a grumpy woodcutter who doesn’t like noisy situations… It would be better  not to mess with this guy!
