Some great freeriding to be had

Top resort that is a riders dream and very welcoming. The riding is excellent especially for freeriders and novices.

The local freestyle center, features the halfpipe and bigair, and is generally quite snowboard-friendly, but the riding area is very small.

On a good day with full cover, Cairngorms can be a great days boarding - but don't expect alpine conditions and take your old rock-hopper if you value your base and edges! It can get extremely busy at the weekends.

Not a big area, but some good long runs and high enough to guarantee some decent snow. Not exactly glitzy mind.
